• Implement program and monitor patient progress.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy evaluations and treatments.
• Develop ADL, perceptual motor and functional skills activities.
• Assess and adapt environments and equipment for patients.
• Document progress and communicate with rehab team.
