Job summary

Roshal Health in Milwaukee, WI is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist for PRN deployment at client facilities. You will evaluate patients, design individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy to improve daily living and functional independence.

Candidates should have 1+ year of OT experience, a OT degree, valid state license or eligible, NBCOT, BLS/CPR, and strong communication. Familiarity with EHRs and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical OT experience in settings such as hospital, outpatient, pediatric, school, or skilled nursing facility
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state license (or eligible) to practice as an OT
• NBCOT certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• BLS/CPR Certification
• Strong interpersonal communication and professionalism
• Ability to work independently in a busy environment
• Willingness to meet health requirements (drug screen and background)
• Experience with EHR documentation and care coordination

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations relating to daily functioning
• Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence
• Implement therapeutic activities and monitor progress
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapy techniques and use of adaptive equipment
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize care
• Maintain accurate documentation per regulatory standards
• Stay current with licensing requirements and best practices
• Assist with patient transfers and positioning as needed
