Job summary

Roshal Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist for a PRN role in Milwaukee, WI. You will assess patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and employ therapeutic activities to improve daily living and independence across diverse settings.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of clinical OT experience in hospital, outpatient, pediatric, school, or SNF settings.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state OT license or eligible to practice as an OT.
• NBCOT certification and BLS/CPR certification.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to client sites.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and documentation systems.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in an interdisciplinary team.
• Pass health requirements, drug screen, and background checks.
• Experience with diverse populations (autism, stroke rehab, geriatrics) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of physical, emotional, cognitive, and social functioning.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence in daily living.
• Implement therapeutic activities and interventions tailored to goals.
• Train patients and caregivers in adaptive equipment and strategies.
• Modify environments to enhance safety and accessibility.
• Document evaluations, plans, progress, and discharge summaries.
• Collaborate with physical therapists, physicians, nurses, and other staff.
• Educate patients and families on therapy goals and expectations.
• Stay current with best practices and licensing requirements.
• Follow safety standards and maintain clean, compliant work areas.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
