Heritage Court Post Acute Care in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist for our in-house rehab program. Pay is $55/hour based on experience, with a flexible schedule to support work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with active license.
• Open to applicants of all experience levels.

Responsibilities

• Screen and evaluate patients with cognitive and/or ADL disorders; develop plans of care.
• Utilize standardized assessments and evidence-based practices to support interventions.
• Provide rehabilitative, skilled treatment per regulatory requirements.
• Administer procedures as part of the rehab plan (ADL retraining, exercises, modalities).
• Assess progress and adjust treatments in the clinical record.
• Evaluate outcomes and adapt services; refer as needed.
• Provide counseling to patients and families about physical disorders.
• Communicate progress and plans with supervisor and health team.
• Provide comprehensive discharge summaries per requirements.
