You will evaluate patients, develop individualized treatment plans, document progress, and educate families on adaptive equipment and home safety.

Qualifications

• Must have Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy.
• Current state OT license and NBCOT certification.
• 1 year of OT experience preferred.
• Ability to evaluate and develop treatment plans to improve functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve patients’ functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on clinical outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety recommendations.
