Continuum Therapy Partners, LLC invites an Occupational Therapist to join our growing network in Browns Valley, MN. The role requires a Master’s or Doctorate in OT, an active state license, and NBCOT certification, with a preference for 1 year of OT experience. The position is PRN, supporting our Browns Valley Health Center.

You will evaluate patients, design and adjust treatment plans, and educate families on home safety and adaptive equipment to maximize independence and quality of life.

Competenze

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Current, unencumbered state OT license; NBCOT certification is required.
• 1 year of OT experience is preferred.

Mansioni

• Evaluates and develops individualized treatment plans to improve functional independence.
• Documents patient progress and modifies treatment plans based on outcomes.
• Educates patients and families on adaptive equipment and home safety.
