Select Specialty Hospital - Pittsburgh is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to support patient recovery on a PRN/Per diem basis. The OT will conduct individualized therapy regimens and monitor patient responses in a high‑trauma post‑ICU setting.

Responsibilities include participating in discharge planning, educating patients and families, and supervising OTAs and OT/COTA students. Current state licensure and BLS (or completion within 90 days) are required.

Qualifications

• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist required.
• Certified BLS or completion in first 90 days of employment required.

Responsabilités

• Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs), as well as OT and COTA students.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
• Monitor patients’ responses to treatment.
• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment.
