Select Specialty Hospital in McKeesport is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our clinical team. This full-time role offers a 32-hour schedule Monday through Friday and involves supervising OTAs and OT/COTA students while delivering comprehensive patient therapy.

Responsibilities include discharge planning, patient education, and ongoing participation in education seminars. Current state licensure and BLS (or completion within 90 days) are required.

Qualifikationen

• State licensure required for Occupational Therapist.
• BLS certification or completion within 90 days of employment.

Aufgaben

• Participate in discharge planning for each patient, including placement, patient/family education and adaptive equipment.
• Supervise certified occupational therapy assistants (OTAs), as well as OT and COTA students.
• Conduct individual patient therapy regimens.
• Monitor patients' responses to treatment.
• Participate in continuing education seminars and in-services.
