Qualifications

• TX OT license required.
• BLS certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years of hospital experience; cardiac ICU and spine management highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ functional abilities and develop individualized therapy plans in coordination with physicians and care team.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that promote healing, independence, and quality of life.
• Monitor progress, adjust plans as needed, and document outcomes thoroughly.
