Job summary

American Senior Communities is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist at University Nursing Center in Upland, IN. The OT will implement skilled services across ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, aligning with therapy principles and center policies.

Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and updating treatment plans, supervising COTA, contributing to case management, maintaining positive interactions with patients and staff, and adhering to state regulations.

The Occupational Therapist implements skilled occupational therapy services for patients in all ASC Therapies & Wellness settings, in accordance with the principles and practices of occupational therapy and within the policies and procedures.
