Job summary

Rock Health is seeking a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide PRN rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility in New York.

You will evaluate and treat geriatric patients with complex needs, develop individualized plans, and collaborate with nurses, physicians, and other therapists to ensure coordinated care.

Qualifications

• Current license and registration to practice as an OT in NY.
• Valid malpractice insurance and license in good standing.
• Excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently, under pressure, and harmoniously with staff.
• Vaccination against COVID-19 encouraged but not required.
