Job summary

Provident Behavioral Health is seeking a PRN/Per Diem Occupational Therapist to deliver rehabilitation services in a skilled nursing facility. You will assess geriatric patients with complex needs and develop targeted treatment plans to improve mobility and daily activities.

Work collaboratively with nurses, physicians, and therapists to ensure coordinated care, offer patient and caregiver education, and adapt to varied schedules while maintaining high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current license and registration as an OT in the relevant state.
• Valid malpractice insurance and licensure in good standing.
• Dedicated to compassionate care with excellent communication, organization, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle pressure, and demonstrate patience and enthusiasm.
