Job summary

National Church Residences Home Health is seeking a compassionate Occupational Therapist to support seniors in Southern Ohio. PRN/Part-time with mileage reimbursement, offering independent work with clinical team support across Ross, Fayette, Pickaway, and southern Columbus area.

Required: Ohio OT license (NBCOT preferred/eligible), 2–4 years’ experience, and valid driver’s license. Competitive benefits, PTO/holidays, and retirement plans available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Ohio OT license active or eligible.
• NBCOT certification preferred or eligible.
• 2–4 years of experience in home health or related setting preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to home health clients.
• Assess client needs and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers to maximize independence at home.
