Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work PRN within our therapy team at Chaparral House, Berkeley, CA.

The role involves direct patient care for adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, assessment, treatment planning, documentation, and supervising COTAs under physicians' orders.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in occupational therapy required.
• State licensure required.

Job Details: Job Location: Chaparral House - Berkeley, CA 94702, Position Type: PRN, Salary Range: $68.00 - $73.00 Hourly, Infinity Rehab is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work PRN within our therapy team at Chaparral House located in Berkeley, CA.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders
• Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in occupational therapy
• State license
• We welcome new graduates to this program and will provide mentorship as you learn your role and grow as a therapist

Preferred Qualifications

• One year of experience as an OT
