Infinity Rehab is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to join the Chaparral House therapy team in Berkeley, CA. You will provide direct patient care to adults with orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary conditions, including assessment, treatment planning, and documentation under physicians' orders.

Responsibilities include supervising COTAs, coordinating care with a multidisciplinary team, and implementing evidence-based interventions to maximize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to adults with a variety of medical conditions including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiopulmonary
• Provide occupational therapy services to residents, including assessment, treatment, program planning and implementation, related documentation, and communication and functions under physicians' orders
• Supervise COTAs, directing and supporting them in the care of the patients you serve

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree or higher in occupational therapy
• State license
