Job summary

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of current OB experience as an RN required.
• RN licensure in the state or compact license required.
• BCLS certification required; ACLS, PALS, NRP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care using nursing process.
• Coordinate and deliver care per physician orders and protocols.
• Assess patients and document findings accurately.
• Administer medications and monitor for adverse effects.
• Assist with procedures and support the care team.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and discharge instructions.
• Engage in infection control and safety initiatives.
• Maintain complete and timely documentation in medical records.
