Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up menus from patients and units.
• Explain the meal selection process to new patients and assist with menu selections.
• Obtain patient preferences, dislikes, and other information for accurate meal delivery.
• Verify meal selections and enter information into handheld system; follow up as needed.
• Update patient lists to reflect diet order changes.
• Check trays for accuracy before meals are served.
• Run tray tickets and verify against diet lists; adjust as needed with RD when required.
• Provide excellent service by handling requests, calls, and communications with care teams.
