Galen College of Nursing is seeking an Adjunct Nursing Faculty member to facilitate learning in classroom, lab, and clinical settings. You will apply varied teaching strategies, assess student progress, and contribute to curriculum development to support PSLOs and program outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold an MSN with RN licensure, and have clinical nursing experience. This role may require evenings, weekends, and travel to clinical sites as needed, aligned with state board regulations and program

Qualifications

• Active, current, unencumbered RN licensure in the applicable state.
• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) is required; BSN may be considered depending on campus needs.
• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development using assessment and evaluation strategies.
• Contribute to curriculum development, implementation, and evaluation.
• Evaluate student learning and program outcomes across classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Design and implement program assessments to promote continuous quality improvement.
