Job summary

Galen College of Nursing seeks an Adjunct Nursing Faculty to facilitate learning, assess student outcomes, and support curriculum development in accordance with state boards. This role engages with classroom, lab, and clinical settings to promote excellence in nursing education.

Candidates must hold an MSN, current RN license, and at least two years of clinical experience; BSN only considered depending on campus needs.

Qualifications

• Active, Current, Unencumbered RN licensure per state board
• MSN degree required; BSN may be considered depending on campus needs
• Minimum of two years of clinical RN experience
• Ability to teach in classroom, lab, and clinical settings

Responsibilities

• Facilitate learning and learner development.
• Use assessment strategies to evaluate student progress.
• Participate in curriculum development and evaluation.
• Evaluate student learning outcomes and program outcomes.
• Design and implement program assessments for quality improvement.
• Maintain up-to-date professional practice knowledge for nursing education.
