Job summary

INTEGRIS Health Enid in Enid, OK is seeking a Nurse Tech for variable shift, PRN status. You will perform bedside care, assist with patient safety, basic diagnostic testing, and sterile procedures under the supervision of clinical leadership.

Qualifications

• Must have completed one semester of nursing school with clinical experience.
• Current BLS certification or completion within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Performs personal patient care tasks such as mouth care, beds, baths and hygiene assistance.
• Assist with patient safety, fall prevention, and environment for rest and sleep.
• Assist with treatments including catheter care, enemas, sitz baths and ambulation support.
• Conduct basic diagnostics: vital signs, glucose, EKG, telemetry, pulse oximetry.
• Perform select sterile procedures: wound care, suction, catheterization, tube feedings.
• Nurse Techs do not administer medications or independently assess patients; report to Clinical leader.

Education

One semester of nursing school with clinical experience
