Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Obtain patient history and perform assessments.
• Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic studies.
• Provide preventative health assessments, screenings, and immunizations.
• Provide direct treatment and management of health conditions via prescriptive authority or referrals.
• Provide counseling and education to patients and families about health options.
• Document assessment and care plans accurately and timely.
• Coordinate registration tasks with patient demographics, insurance, and co-payments.
