Premise Health in Downtown Pittsburgh is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to provide high-quality primary care at our on-site Health Center. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, 7:30 a.m.

to 5:00 p.m., with no evenings or weekends. This flexible position offers the chance to care for employed clients, collaborate with physicians and care teams, and maintain your licensure and certifications while delivering comprehensive preventive and acute care.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses and national certification.
• Active State NP license and federal DEA registration where applicable.
• Minimum three years of ambulatory or family practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct physical exams and preventive care per guidelines.
• Develop patient care plans and document progress.
• Educate patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Prescribe or recommend treatments and medications.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams.
