Job summary

CAREonsite, a division of Tang & Company, is seeking a Physician Assistant (PA) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) for PRN occupational health work across multiple locations in the United States. You will perform minor procedures, provide DOT exams, and conduct pre-employment evaluations while maintaining detailed EMR records.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in occupational, emergency, or urgent care, is licensed as a PA or NP with a current DEA, and holds CPR/AED or ACLS certification.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in occupational medicine, emergency medicine, or urgent care.
• Active PA or NP license in applicable state.
• Current DEA license.
• BCLS (CPR/AED) or ACLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor surgical and therapeutic procedures (suturing, injections, immunizations, burn care, foreign body removal).
• Provide occupational health services including DOT exams and treatment of workers' compensation injuries.
• Conduct pre-employment physicals and other job-related medical evaluations.
• Maintain accurate patient records in the EMR system.
• Serve as a clinical leader ensuring high-quality patient care.
