Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted Oklahoma Nurse Practitioner license is required.
• Eligible for DEA registration with Schedule III authority.
• Current CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Perform medical evaluations as needed.
• Manage detoxification, withdrawal, and MAT protocols.
• Document all care accurately and timely in the EHR.
