Premise Health is seeking a PRN Nurse Practitioner to provide care to Dot Foods employees and dependents at our Health Center in Manchester, TN. You will conduct exams, perform procedures, and develop care plans while coordinating with physicians and health teams.

We welcome experienced NPs with current licenses and national certification. The role emphasizes patient education, preventive care, and collaboration within a team dedicated to accessible, quality health services.

Qualifications

• RN license required
• NP license required
• DEA license required (state-specific)
• National certification (ANCC/AANP) required
• Master’s in Nursing required
• BLS/ACLS training required
• 3+ years NP experience in ambulatory/occupational health or ED preferred

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical exams and preventive health measures per guidelines.
• Performs injections, suturing, wound care, and infection management.
• Develops patient care plans, records progress, ensures continuity of care.
• Educates patients on treatment plans and health maintenance.
• Orders/interprets diagnostic tests to assess conditions.
• Collaborates with physicians and healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
• Prescribes or recommends treatments and therapies.
• Refer patients to specialists as needed.
• Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
• Educate and coach nursing staff on best practices.
• Perform other duties as assigned
