Responsibilities

• Performing client Admissions in a timely manner.
• Developing individualized care plans for clients.
• Reporting significant client changes to the Administrator.
• Maintaining client records and documentation.
• Delegating tasks to unlicensed personnel.
• Performing supervisory visits.

What you’ll be doing

• Performing client Admissions in a timely manner in accordance with agency policies.
• Developing an individualized care plan for each client.
• Reports client significant changes to the Administrator, authorized client representative and other team members.
• Maintains client records and documentation.
• Delegates tasks to unlicensed personnel based upon their scope of practice where allowable.
• Performs supervisory visits.
• Participates in the competency skill assessment of unlicensed personnel.
• Participates as requested in the agency\'s Quality Assurance Performance Improvement program.

What we’re looking for
