Job summary

Atrium Health Stanly Nursing: Medical Telemetry is seeking a PRN Nurse Aide to support daily living activities and clinical tasks in a part-time capacity. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Current listing with the DFS Nurse Aide Registry as Nurse Aide I or with the state Board as Nurse Aide II.
• BLS required per policy guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Supports patients/residents with activities of daily living.
• Assists with personal hygiene.
• Takes vital signs and height/weight measurements.
• Feeds and ambulates patients according to procedures.
• Maintains patient rooms in a clean, orderly condition.
• Observes and reports changes in patient conditions.
• Orients patients/families to unit and safety measures.
• Assists with clerical work and maintains medical records.
• Maintains stock items in inventory.
• Performs tasks per Nurse Aide I/II scope including ECG and venipuncture as trained.
