Qualifications

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in the state(s) served.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage in nursing processes to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitor patient conditions and adjust care plans as needed.
• Collaborate with the care team to improve outcomes and ensure safety.
• Maintain accurate EHR documentation and adhere to policies.
• May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
