Rose Senior Living is recruiting a hospitality-focused LPN to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI. This role involves assisting residents with ADLs, promoting independence, and monitoring health conditions.

You will report to the Director of Health Services and coordinate with the care team to provide high-quality nursing care. The position emphasizes emergency readiness, adherence to standards, and a strong focus on resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current nursing license valid in state worked.
• Willingness to be available for emergencies regarding the community.
• At least one year experience in skilled facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and promote independent living.
• Identify resident medical/behavioral changes and contribute to care plans and re-assessment.
• Provide daily reports to the Director of Health Services on conditions, needs and supplies.
• Deliver nursing care per physician orders and established standards and policies.
• Coordinate nursing care with other disciplines to ensure comprehensive services.

Rose Senior Living is recruiting for a hospitality focused Full-Time LPN to join our team!

ABOUT THE ROLE:

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL), family/social activities and actively promote independent life-style of residents.
• Responsible for identification of resident medical and behavioral changes and the development and monitoring of care plans and re-assessment of each resident.
• Provide daily report to the Director of Health Services concerning community conditions, personnel performance, resident conditions, and needs for nursing supplies.
• Provide nursing care according to physician’s orders and in conformance with recognized nursing practice, established standards, and administrative policies.
• Ensure preventative, therapeutic and rehabilitative services to residents and assists in the coordination of nursing care with care rendered by other disciplines.

Required Qualifications:

• Current nursing license valid in state worked
• Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community
• At least one (1) year experience in skilled facility preferred
