Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist for Lewiston, ME, to join the Nuclear Medicine department on days. The assignment runs for 12 weeks with paid weekly scheduling and flexible opportunities.

The role involves operating and assisting with imaging procedures, supporting radiologists, and transmitting images to PACS. Applicants must hold a Nuclear Medicine license, ARRT/NMTCB certification, and BCLS.

Qualifications

• Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, ARRT, or NMTCB certification required.
• Minimum six months to one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
• Knowledge of radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment preferred.
• Graduate of a program accredited by ARRT.
• Current BCLS (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Works collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality imaging.
• Supports the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Performs and assists with nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
• Processes and transmits images to PACS.
