Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing seeks a PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist in Lewiston, ME, to join the Nuclear Medicine department on days for a 12-week assignment. Responsibilities include performing diagnostic imaging, assisting the Radiologist, and ensuring PACS image transmission.

Requirements include current state license or ARRT/NMTCB certification, 6–12 months of experience, anatomy knowledge, ARRT accreditation, and BCLS certification.

Qualifications

• Current State Nuclear Medicine License or ARRT/NMTCB certification required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of Nuclear Medicine Technologist experience.
• Knowledge of Radiographic/Fluoroscopic equipment preferred.
• Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Graduate of ARRT- accredited program.
• Current BCLS (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to perform high-quality imaging.
• Assist Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
• Perform and assist with nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
• Process and transmit images to PACS.
