Job summary

Premiere Healthcare Staffing is seeking a PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist to join our Nuclear Medicine team in Lewiston, ME. The successful candidate will perform and assist with nuclear medicine imaging, support Radiologists, and ensure quality imaging for patient care.

Shifts available are days, with a 12-week assignment length. Eligible candidates must hold a current nuclear medicine license and ARRT/NMTCB credentials, and maintain BCLS.

Qualifications

Current State Nuclear Medicine License issued by CDPH, ARRT, or NMTCB certification required.
Minimum six months to one year of experience as a nuclear medicine technologist.
Knowledge of mobile and stationary radiographic/fluoroscopic equipment preferred.
Extensive knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology required.
Graduate of ARRT-accredited program.
Current BCLS (AHA) required.

Responsibilities

Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality imaging.
Support the Radiologist during diagnostic and therapeutic procedures.
Perform and assist with nuclear medicine imaging procedures.
Process and transmit images to PACS.
