INTEGRIS Health Enid Hospital in Enid, OK is seeking a PRN Nuclear Medicine Technologist for the day shift to perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures while ensuring NRC guidelines are followed.

The role requires accurate radiopharmaceutical preparation, operation of imaging equipment, meticulous record-keeping, and adherence to safety protocols, with on-call duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of Nuclear Medicine Technology.
• Bachelor's degree.
• ARRT-N or NMTCB-NMT certification within 12 months of hire.
• BLS (CPR) certification within 90 days of hire.
• Must communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Orders and prepares the appropriate radiopharmaceuticals.
• Performs highly technical nuclear medicine procedures and processes patient data.
• Maintains records to assure NRC guidelines are followed.
• Records patient results on the proper media.
• Performs quality control on cameras, dose calibrators and counters.
• Calculates decay and prepares drug kits with precise patterns.
• May drive Mobile Nuclear Department to rural facilities.
• Exposures to radiation and other hazards; may work overtime/on-call.
