PAM Health Specialty and Rehabilitation Hospital of Covington is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) to join our team on a PRN/as-needed basis. Shifts are scheduled based on staffing needs and flexibility is preferred for occasional shifts.

The RCP will perform routine therapy, diagnostics and emergency procedures while maintaining all equipment. Phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing may be required to support patient care.

Qualifikationen

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required; blood gas licensure may be required depending on state.

Aufgaben

• Performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures for patients.
• Maintains all respiratory care equipment in working order.
• Provides phlebotomy and basic laboratory testing as required.
