Qualifications

• Current CPR certification; willing to complete de-escalation and restraint training.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ behavioral and physical health needs and deliver compassionate nursing care.
• Develop, implement, and update individualized nursing treatment plans.
• Safely administer medications with accurate documentation and controlled substance tracking.
• Monitor patient status and communicate significant changes to providers and the care team.
• Educate patients and families, maintain medical records, and adhere to nursing standards.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary treatment team to support patient recovery.
