Job summary

Lakewood Ranch Medical Center is seeking a Registered Nurse RN PRN Float to provide safe, competent nursing care during Night shifts. This PRN role requires flexibility to cover multiple units as openings arise.

You will work under facility policies, deliver patient-centered care, and maintain current Florida nursing licensure and BLS certification. Two years of critical care experience and facility certifications are preferred, with teamwork and service excellence emphasized.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Current Florida RN license (or Compact) at time of hire.
• Current BLS certification at time of hire.
• Minimum two years of critical care nursing experience.
• Ability to work nights and PRN schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provides professional leadership and support to the healthcare team.
• Demonstrates Service Excellence standards at all times.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, basic computer skills, and customer service skills required.
• Other duties as assigned.
