Job summary

Continuing Healthcare Solutions in Beverly, OH is seeking an LPN, RN or Medical Technician to join our PRN night‑shift pool. You will provide direct resident care, administer medications, monitor conditions and support daily clinical processes in our long‑term care facility.

Must hold a valid Ohio license; prior long‑term care experience is preferred but new graduates will be considered. You should be a team player, dependable and able to work independently at night.

Qualifications

• Must have valid LPN/RN/Med. Tech. license in good standing with the State of Ohio.
• Prefer previous experience of at least one year in a long term care facility.
• Must be able to work as a team and have knowledge of medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care on the night shift.
• Administer medications and monitor residents' conditions.
