Job summary

Centurion Health is seeking a per diem night shift Licensed Practical Nurse at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center in Nashville, TN. The LPN will deliver holistic nursing care to incarcerated patients under RN direction, addressing physical and mental health needs.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

We are currently seeking a per diem night shift Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Debra K. Johnson Rehabilitation Center located in Nashville, Tennessee.

The LPN is responsible for providing holistic nursing care within the appropriate scope of practice to incarcerated patients. Licensed Practical Nurses work under the direction of Registered Nurses, medical, and psychiatric staff to respond to a range of physical and mental health needs.

Base rate is $32 per hour.

Qualifications

• Tennessee Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license or ability to obtain one required
• Must be appropriately and actively certified in Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR)
• Corrections experience not required
• Ability to obtain a security clearance, to include drug screen and criminal background check
