Job summary

Envision Imaging is seeking a PRN MRI Technologist for Saturdays at our Flower Mound, TX location. This position offers as-needed hours with a pay range of $37.51 to $48.35 per hour.

You will perform MRI procedures per protocol, prep patients, review charts and obtain prior films as needed to produce high-quality images for radiologist interpretation. The role requires strong communication and teamwork in a fast-paced outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Two plus years’ experience in MRI
• Ability to educate patients on procedures
• Detail oriented, self-motivated, a problem solver and a team player
• Ability to excel in a very fast-pace team environment
• Ability to continuously “exceed” company and customer expectation

Responsibilities

• Performs MRI procedures according to protocol and age-specific needs.
• Maintains and monitors patient environment and safety procedures.
• Reviews patient charts for information and consent.
• Obtains prior films and performs high-quality scans for radiologist interpretation.
• Transfers images to other locations as needed.
• Coordinates scan protocols with Radiologist.
• Regularly inspects equipment and reports issues.
• Interacts with Lead Technologist and Center/Area Manager on concerns.
• Other duties as assigned.
