Job summary

Outpatient Imaging Affiliates, LLC is seeking an experienced MRI Technologist to join our outpatient imaging center in Farmington, CT on a PRN/per diem basis. You will perform MRI exams safely and efficiently while ensuring patient comfort.

This part-time, as-needed role offers flexible scheduling, with day, mid, and evening shifts and extended hours to 9:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Minimum associate's degree in Radiology or graduate of a two-year radiology program.
• Must be ARRT or ARMRIT registered and maintain current registration.
• Advanced MRI registration through ARRT or ARMRIT required upon hire.
• Must meet applicable state licensure requirements for the state in which they practice.

• Perform MRI exams safely and efficiently with attention to patient comfort.
• Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging while maintaining patient experience.

MRI Technologist - PRN/Per Diem (as needed)

As an MRI Technologist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging while delivering an exceptional patient experience. You’ll use your experience and expertise to perform MRI exams safely and efficiently, while helping patients feel comfortable and cared for throughout their visit. This PRN opportunity is ideal if you’re an experienced technologist who enjoys flexibility and is comfortable working as needed in an outpatient imaging environment.

• Position Status: PRN
• Schedule: As needed for staffing coverage
• MRI Department Hours: 7 days/week, with hours extending until 9:00 PM
• Shifts: Day, mid, and evening shifts available

Requirements

Education

• Must have a minimum associate's degree in Radiology or be a graduate of an accredited two-year radiology program.

License/Certification Requirements

• Must be registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) in Radiography or the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT) and maintain current, valid registration.
• Advanced MRI registration through ARRT or ARMRIT is required upon hire.
• Must meet the applicable state licensure requirements for the state in which they practice.
