Iowa Orthopedic Center is actively seeking a PRN-MRI Technologist. Our MRI Technologists are responsible for performing MRI procedures to produce high-quality images using MRI technology to assist physicians in diagnosis while in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Iowa Orthopedic Center is actively seeking a PRN-MRI Technologist. Our MRI Technologists are responsible for performing MRI procedures to produce high-quality images using MRI technology to assist physicians in diagnosis while in compliance with all safety and regulatory requirements.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-quality MRI exams efficiently and within established time frames.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to patients, providers, and staff.
  • Adhere to MRI safety standards and protocols rigorously.
  • Thoroughly screen patients for MRI procedures to ensure safety and accuracy.
Hours/Shift
  • If PRN (1-3) - 10 hour shifts
  • Daytime Shift
Requirements

The ideal candidate for this position possesses:

  • Current MR License (preferred)
  • Current RT License
  • Current CPR Certification
  • Current Mandatory Reporting and BLCS
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Eagerness to learn and develop new skills
