Judson Park's Dining Services team is seeking a PRN Food Service Utility to support residents, guests and staff. You will perform pre meal setups, serve meals, and maintain clean, sanitary dining areas while following HACCP guidelines.

This role requires a high school diploma, ability to multitask, and experience with food handling. Must be available 6:30am-2:30pm Mon-Fri and every other weekend; the PRN position is based in Cleveland, OH.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Able to handle multiple tasks.
• Experience handling a variety of foods and kitchen sanitation procedures.
• Basic math, reading and writing skills.

Aufgaben

• Pre meal set-ups of condiments, beverages, salads, soups, desserts.
• Serve food in a timely, attractive, efficient and sanitary manner.
• Maintain a clean and pleasant dining environment through daily cleaning.
• Assist in setting up and serving at special events when needed.
• Assist in seating residents and transporting them as required.
• Follow HACCP procedures and FIFO for storage and handling.
