Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $21 - $30 / hour.

Salary offers are based on relevant skills, training, experience, education, and certifications. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Benefits: Quest Diagnostics provides a 401(k) Plan with eligibility after one month and a fully vested company match up to 5% of pay after one year.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Hands-On Care: Conduct exams at individuals' homes or workplaces. Take vitals, record medical histories, perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Manage Specimens with Precision: Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport.
• Be a Mobile Ambassador: Travel locally to meet clients where they are, ensuring a flexible schedule while maintaining top‑tier customer service.
• Stay Tech-Connected: Utilize company technology to confirm appointments, status cases, and upload completed exams to the portal within 24–48 hours.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, dispatch calls, and periodically mentor new team members.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification based on state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine, and EKG administration.
• Must have internet access, computer, and printer.

Transportation

• Valid driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 2 moving violations within the previous 36 months, and none in the most recent 12 months.
