Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent and an active phlebotomy or medical assistant certification.
• Minimum 1 year phlebotomy experience with 100+ documented blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine and EKG collection.

Responsibilities

• Provide Hands-On Care: perform venipunctures, vitals, histories, urine collection, and EKGs in homes or workplaces.
• Manage Specimens with Precision: label, centrifuge, split and package specimens for transport.
• Be a Mobile Ambassador: travel locally to meet clients with a flexible schedule and strong customer service.
• Stay Tech-Connected: use company portal to confirm appointments, update cases, and upload results within 24–48 hours.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: assist with inventory, maintain workspace cleanliness, dispatch calls, mentor new staff.

In this independent and flexible role, you will be the face of our company, providing top‑notch care and diagnostic services to clients both in our centers and on the go. Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $21‑$30 per hour. Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive annual performance bonus compensation.

Benefits: Quest Diagnostics provides employees the opportunity to invest in the future through a 401(k) Plan with eligibility for all employees after one month, and after one year, a fully vested company match up to 5% of pay.

What You’ll Do

• Provide Hands‑On Care: Conduct exams at individuals’ homes or workplaces. Take basic vitals, record medical histories, and perform venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Manage Specimens with Precision: Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport.
• Be a Mobile Ambassador: Travel locally to meet clients where they are, ensuring a flexible schedule while maintaining top‑tier customer service.
• Stay Tech‑Connected: Utilize company technology to confirm appointments, status cases, and upload completed exams to our portal within 24‑48 hours.
• Keep Things Running Smoothly: Assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification—based on state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine, and EKG administration.
• Must have internet access, computer, and printer.

Transportation

• Valid Driver's license with a minimum of 3 years driving experience.
• Motor Vehicle Record with no more than 2 moving violation convictions within the previous 36‑month period, with none in the most recent 12 months.
