Pay & Benefits

Pay Range: $21 - $30 per hour. Salary offers are based on a range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and applicable certifications. Successful candidates may be eligible to receive an annual performance bonus. Quest Diagnostics provides a 401(k) plan with eligibility after one month and a fully vested company match up to 5% of pay.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct exams at individuals’ homes or workplaces, taking basic vitals, recording medical histories, and performing venipunctures, urine collections, and EKGs as applicable.
• Accurately label, centrifuge, split, and package specimens for safe, timely transport.
• Travel locally to meet clients where they are, ensuring a flexible schedule while maintaining top-tier customer service.
• Use company technology to confirm appointments, track case status, and upload completed exams to the portal within 24–48 hours.
• Assist with inventory, maintain clean workspaces, dispatch calls, and occasionally mentor new team members.

Required Education & Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Active Phlebotomy or Medical Assistant certification based on state requirements.
• Minimum of 1 year of phlebotomy experience, including at least 100 documented successful blood draws.
• Experience with pediatric and geriatric patients, urine collection, and EKG administration.
• Must have internet access, a computer, and a printer.

Transportation

• Valid driver’s license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience.
• Motor vehicle record with no more than 2 moving‑violation convictions within the previous 36 months, and none in the most recent 12 months.
