Job summary

Qualifications

• Licensure/Certification/Registration required: MT (ASCP, AMT, NCA or HHS).
• Education: High School Diploma, B.S. in Medical Technology or Applied Sciences; 2 years' experience and an alternate MT path may substitute for degree.
• Experience: At least 1 year as MLT or MT; micro lab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Accurately performs and reports laboratory procedures to meet physician needs and provide quality patient care.
• Maintains accuracy and quality in microbiology lab results and documentation.

Skills

1 year MT/MLT experience
