Merakey is seeking a PRN Mental Health Worker for our Adult Behavioral Health program in Pine Grove, PA. You will support residents in a therapeutic community, assist with daily living activities, and follow individualized treatment plans.

This role offers flexible scheduling after training, a pay rate of $18.50 per hour, and meaningful work helping people grow toward safety and independence within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of experience in mental health/human services preferred.
• Active and unrestricted driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and emotional support to residents in a structured, therapeutic environment.
• Assist with daily living activities and encourage independence.
• Follow individualized treatment plans and document progress accurately.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, and supportive living space.
