Job summary

MBK Senior Living is seeking a Medication Technician - PRN to provide compassionate care by assisting residents with medication administration and daily living activities, in accordance with personalized service plans and regulatory guidelines.

You will document, deliver, and assist with treatments, maintain accurate records, and support the health services team in a safe, respectful environment that promotes resident well-being and quality of life.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Certification or education as required by state regulations.
• Must have or be able to obtain a valid CPR & First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily medications, treatments, and care as assigned per policy and regulations.
• Notify Supervisor if medications are not administered as directed and document reasons.
• Maintain accurate, confidential medication and care records.
• Track medication changes and refills; notify the pharmacy and report missing medications.
• Assist caregivers by fulfilling responsibilities of the Caregiver role.
• Document incidents and communicate changes in resident condition to a supervisor.
