TriStar Summit Medical Center in Nashville, TN, is seeking a Medical Technologist (MT) / Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) for PRN roles in our on-site laboratory. The MT/MLS will perform tests on blood, urine and other body fluids to support diagnosis and patient care.

The role includes supervising a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) and participating in performance improvement initiatives to sustain quality and safety in a fast-paced hospital environment.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences with clinical lab experience within the last five years.
• Or Bachelor’s degree in laboratory medical technology with clinical rotation.

Responsabilidades

• Performs tests of samples (blood, urine, and other body fluids) to aid diagnosis.
• Supervises Medical Lab Technician (MLT).
• Participates in Performance Improvement activities to ensure quality.
