Qualifikationen

• This position requires completion of a Medical Assistant program OR at least one year of Medical Assistant work experience OR current active RN/LPN license in Utah.
• Current Basic Life Support Certification (BLS) for healthcare providers, obtained prior to start date.
• Demonstrated basic computer skills involving word processing and data entry.
• Professional manner and strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with patients and fellow caregivers to deliver high-level customer/patient satisfaction.
• Ability to protect privacy, confidentiality, and PHI of patients, members, and caregivers.
• Utah Only: MA residency program if certified with less than one year MA experience.
